Constellation Real Technologies Closed Fund to New Portfolio Company Investments
Denver, CO - (November 19, 2003) - Constellation Real Technologies, LLC announced today that it has closed its fund to new portfolio company investments. Constellation will continue to support its existing portfolio companies and to evaluate follow-on investments as those opportunities may arise.
Constellation Real Technologies, LLC is a real estate technology consortium and venture capital fund.
Constellation’s goals are to share technology knowledge and best practices among its Members; discern
best-of-breed technologies and enterprises in numerous strategic sectors; invest capital in best-of-breed
companies where appropriate; sponsor and incubate real estate-related technology enterprises; and act
