Constellation Real Technologies Announces Recapitalization of Portfolio Company eProject
Denver, CO - (June 20, 2005) - Constellation Real Technologies, LLC is pleased to announce that Seattle-based eProject, Inc. has closed on a recapitalization lead by new investor Kennet Venture Partners. The recapitalization will retire certain liabilities and provide $3 million to fuel the continued growth of the company. In conjunction with the transaction, Constellation has been cashed out of its investment at a substantial premium to its investment basis.
