Constellation Real Technologies closes transaction with Mustang Capital Partners
Denver, CO - (April 7, 2005) - Constellation Real Technologies, LLC and Mustang Capital Partners, LLC announced today that they have closed a new fund, CRT Resource Fund, LLP. Mustang will manage the fund, which will include several of Constellation’s portfolio investments, and will provide additional capital as needed to preserve and build value.
Denver-based Mustang Capital Partners was established to provide liquidity and investment management solutions to corporations and fund General Partners seeking to exit or wind down their private equity investments. The firm was founded in 2003 by Parker Brophy to acquire and manage diversified secondary investments.
Constellation Real Technologies, LLC is a real estate technology consortium and venture capital fund.
